Changes

 The Board will miss departing member, John Clyde Prejean, DVM, whose term with the Board expired October 4, 2011. During his 4 year term, Dr. Prejean has shared insight and experience pertinent to veterinary medicine and regulatory functions of the Board, particularly in the large animal area. The Board appreciates his service and wishes him well on future endeavours.

 The members of the Louisiana Board of Veterinary Medicine and staff of the Board office would like to welcome back Board member, Patrick R. Bernard, DVM. Dr. Bernard currently practices in the Lafayette area (equine practice) and has been appointed to serve through July 30, 2016. We extend a warm welcome and best wishes for a productive team.
